Bluechip Corporate Profile
Established in 1995 and previously known as Servex Australia, Bluechip Infotech is an Australian company with investment from both local management and the Acer Group, Taiwan. This local ownership gives Bluechip Infotech the advantage of being able to make quick decisions both for general business and marketing strategies, while still enjoying the comfortable financial backing of a large multinational group.
In July 2003 Bluechip merged with another leading Australian distributor "BBF Components and Peripherals", the combined resources resulting in the creation of one of the largest distributors in Australia.
With a head office based at Silverwater in Western Sydney and branch offices in Queensland, Victoria and Perth, we have steadily expanded our operations to provide better facilities for the distribution of our products, as well as increasing the size and reliability of our service divisions, maintaining a service commitment that is second to none.
The key to Bluechip's success is our strong vendor relationships, many of which involve joint equity interest, ensuring a high level of commitment, cooperation and market relations. Bluechip differentiates itself in the distribution market by working with a small number of quality organisations and products in any particular technology. In this way we guarantee full comprehensive understanding of products and their market value, allowing Bluechip Infotech to provide cost effective solutions to our partners.
Bluechip Infotech is a continually evolving company that persists in working hard in its traditional distribution market to consolidate and expand its position, but one that is also looking to develop new markets and partnerships with vendors and customers, locally and overseas, to help grow and diversify.
As a company we are true believers in the old saying that a rolling stone gathers no moss, only momentum.
